Exchange and return
Thank you for shopping with Mama’s Closet! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange if the size doesn’t fit or if you’d like to swap for another item. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and our team will gladly assist you. Every piece is carefully checked and packed with love before shipping to ensure you always receive the best.
The item must be in the same condition as delivered—unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.
2. Process for Exchanges
* If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at with your order number and details of the exchange request.
* Once we receive your request, we will confirm the availability of the new item and provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
* Note: Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Process for Refunds
* To initiate a return, please email us at business@mamascloseteg.com with your order number and reason for return.
* Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
* Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
* If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will cover the shipping costs for returns and ensure the correct item is sent to you.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
* If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
